The minimum stay duration is 7 nights.

Beds are made upon your arrival.
Mandatory additional costs:
- End-of-stay cleaning is €20 per person.
- Pets: DOGS ONLY: €3 per night.
- The supply of household linen (one duvet cover, one flat sheet, and one fitted sheet per bed, two pillowcases, one bath towel, one shower towel, and one washcloth per person, bath mat, and kitchen towels) is €20 per person.
- The tourist tax amounts to €1.30 per day and per person over 18 years old in 2025, paid to Côte Landes Nature Tourism by the owner.
A deposit of 25 percent is required at the time of booking.
A deposit of 550 euros is requested with the payment of the balance, as well as a copy of the multi-risk insurance policy (to protect against rental risks such as fire, water damage, ….). The deposit is refundable no later than 7 days after departure.
Cancellation policy :
Holidaymakers who cancel at least 60 days prior to arrival date will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations made between 30 and 60 days prior to arrival will be refunded 50%. If the cancellation is made after the dates indicated, no refund will be given.
The keys will be handed over to you in person.
Smokers are welcome, but smoking is not allowed in the house.
Pets are only allowed with the prior agreement of the owner.
For reasons of comfort and insurance, we cannot accommodate more than 4 people.
The rental contract is to be returned by post, signed and initialled, at the time of booking.
The balance of the rent is due at the latest 10 days before your arrival.
