Beds are made up for your arrival.
Mandatory additional charges:
- End-of-stay cleaning: €20 per person.
The end-of-stay cleaning fee does not exempt guests from leaving the house in a reasonably clean and tidy condition (dishes washed and put away, bins emptied, plancha cleaned and furniture returned to its original place). - Bed linen and towels: €20 per person (one duvet cover, one flat sheet and one fitted sheet per bed, two pillowcases, one hand towel, one bath towel and one washcloth per person, bath mat and kitchen towels).
- Dogs only: €3 per dog per night.
- Tourist tax: €1.30 per night per person aged 18 or over in 2026, collected by the owner and paid to Côte Landes Nature Tourisme.
A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking.
A €550 security deposit is required with payment of the balance, together with a copy of your holiday rental insurance certificate covering risks such as fire and water damage. The security deposit will be refunded no later than 7 days after departure.
Cancellation policy:
Guests who cancel at least 60 days before the arrival date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made between 30 and 60 days before arrival will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 30 days before arrival are non-refundable.
We will hand over the keys to you in person.
Smokers are welcome, but smoking is not permitted inside the house.
Dogs are welcome with the owner’s prior approval. We kindly ask dog owners to ensure that their pets respect the house, garden and neighbours.
For reasons of comfort and insurance, the house accommodates a maximum of 4 people.
This house is our second home. We kindly ask our guests to take care of it as they would their own and to respect the property and the peace and quiet of the neighbourhood.
The rental agreement must be signed, initialled and returned by post at the time of booking.
The balance is due no later than 10 days before your arrival.
